As a Production Service Engineer, you will help ensure that our production equipment, processes, and workstations run reliably and efficiently. You will support product ramp-ups, troubleshoot technical issues, and drive improvements that increase productivity, quality, and operational performance.
Based at our Campus in Čakovec, you will work closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams, combining hands-on technical work with continuous improvement initiatives. Your contributions will help bring products into production successfully, maintain smooth day-to-day operations, and support FRAMOS' continued growth.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and turning ideas into practical improvements.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will support the introduction of new products into production and help ensure smooth production ramp-ups.
- You will keep production equipment and workstations running reliably through troubleshooting, maintenance, and continuous improvements.
- You will train operators and create clear production documentation that enables efficient and consistent manufacturing.
- You will analyze production performance and drive improvements that increase productivity, quality, and equipment utilization.
- You will investigate production and quality issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
- You will identify opportunities for automation, digitalization, and process improvements that support operational excellence.
- You will work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to improve products, processes, and manufacturing performance.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
- Experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrialization, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with production equipment, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Experience supporting new product introductions (NPI) and production ramp-ups.
- Knowledge of production documentation, work instructions, and operator training.
- A proactive and curious mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and a strong sense of ownership.
- Experience with automation, lean manufacturing principles, process improvement methodologies, or digitalization initiatives is an advantage.
