ABOUT THE ROLE

Do you enjoy leading people, improving production processes, and ensuring every shift runs safely and efficiently?
 
As our Production Shift Leader in Čakovec, you will take ownership of daily shop floor operations, leading a team of approximately 25 employees involved in the assembly of electronic products. Working in a two-shift production environment, you will ensure smooth operations throughout your assigned shift while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • You will lead and support a team of approximately 25 production employees during your assigned shift.
  • You will coordinate daily production activities to meet output and delivery targets.
  • You will monitor shift performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive operational improvements.
  • You will ensure compliance with quality standards and implement corrective actions when needed.
  • You will promote a safe working environment and ensure adherence to safety procedures.
  • You will communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • You will provide accurate production updates and support performance reporting.
  • You will coach team members and support their development and training.
  • You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the production area.
  • You will oversee the assembly of electronic products, ensuring production quality and efficiency standards are met.

YOUR PROFILE
  • Experience in a supervisory, team lead, or similar leadership role within a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of production processes, machinery, and shop floor operations.
  • Experience in electronics manufacturing or electronic product assembly is an advantage.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Good computer literacy and fluency in English.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional production-related qualifications are an advantage.
