For our Čakovec office, we are looking for an Intern – Office Management & HR to support our Workplace Management and Talent Acquisition teams from July until the end of September, for 40 hours per week.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will be sitting at the reception, serving as a first point of contact for visitors and phone calls
- You will assist with daily office operations, including meeting room preparation and visitor coordination
- You will maintain documentation and support administrative, facility, and health & safety processes
- You will assist in coordinating recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and candidate communication
- You will manage office inventory and the ordering of office supplies and workplace essentials
- You will contribute to local employee initiatives and activities, as well as other ad hoc projects
