Technical Support Engineer (m/f/d)

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are FRAMOS, an international fast-growing product-driven technology company specializing in embedded vision, with over 180 brilliant employees from all over the world. We are currently looking for a Technical Solutions Engineer to join our team in Munich!  

Working in a truly international team based out of Germany, Canada and the USA, this entry level role will offer you a vast variety of technical learning opportunities in a growth environment. 

Your responsibilities will include:   

  • You will be the first touchpoint for internal and external enquiries to the Technical Solutions & Support team.  
  • You will support customers by using the internal Knowledge Base as an information hub, as well as working on your own solutions.  
  • You will qualify and filter incoming tickets, adding relevant information, such as origin, priority, and type to each enquiry.  
  • You will ensure Application Engineers have all information at hand to efficiently deal with RMA requests.  
  • You will work closely with Sales, Product Management, and Quality Department, ensuring high levels of communication and customer satisfaction.  
The role is based in our office in Munich (Taufkirchen), with the possibility of occasional remote work.  
YOUR PROFILE
  • You have finished your education in a technical subject, relating to electronics, embedded engineering, and/or optics.  
  • You have ideally gained some relevant insights or work experience (through internships or similar) in electronics, embedded engineering, and/or optics. 
  • You have a sensitivity and affinity to high-tech and vision systems.  
  • You have a fast-learning, hands-on mentality. 
  • You can strongly and efficiently communicate in English.
