ABOUT THE ROLE

Do you enjoy turning demand into actionable plans, bringing structure to complex supply chain processes, and ensuring teams stay aligned to deliver on customer commitments? 

We are looking for a Supply Chain Planner & Coordinator to join our team in our office in Čakovec, Croatia.  

In this role, you will translate customer demand into supply plans, coordinate new and exciting customer projects, driving planning transparency, ERP data governance, and cross-functional alignment. Working closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Purchasing, Sales, and Project Management teams, you will help improve planning accuracy, operational performance, and customer fulfillment. 


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • You will coordinate demand planning activities and support the S&OP process, translating business demand into structured and actionable plans. 
  • You will act as the operational owner of planning-related ERP processes and tools, ensuring planning data is accurate, structured, and aligned with business needs. 
  • You will prepare, coordinate, and facilitate weekly S&OE reviews while proactively managing escalations and follow-up actions. 
  • You will define, monitor, and analyze operational reporting and KPIs to support planning, purchasing, and order management decisions. 
  • You will represent Supply Chain in cross-functional and strategic projects, collaborating closely with Project Managers, Technical Project Managers, and Sales teams. 
  • You will support the continuous improvement of planning processes, ERP capabilities, and ways of working across SCM 

YOUR PROFILE 
  • You have several years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, or a similar supply chain role. 
  • You have hands-on experience with ERP systems and planning-related processes or modules (experience in Business Central is an advantage).  
  • You are comfortable working with Power BI and using data to support operational decision-making. 
  • You have strong analytical skills and can identify risks, priorities, and opportunities for improvement. 
  • You communicate effectively across functions and can collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, and Project Management teams. 
  • You are highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a structured manner. 
  • You take ownership, work proactively, and enjoy improving processes and ways of working.
