ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you a technology enthusiast who has recently graduated or completed vocational training and has a strong desire to pursue a career in inside sales within a B2B sales team in an international environment?  

We are FRAMOS, an international product-driven technology company of more than 180 amazing people from all over the world. We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to join our European Sales team to support our further growth.    

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will work with our customers and Sales Managers on a daily basis.   

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • You will support the Sales Managers to drive opportunities to closure, utilizing all the sales tools effectively to achieve sales targets, and to maintain and grow existing business  
  • You will actively participate in customer events across the European region 
  • You will support identifying and qualifying new leads  
  • You will route qualified opportunities to the Sales Managers for further development and closure  
  • You will learn to take care of accounts on your own  
  • You will have a daily up-to-date overview of the Salesforce accounts in the relevant area, so all the order income and the status of the accounts are always up to date  
  • You will track and follow up on quotes, lead times, and deliveries to ensure clear communication and timely updates 
  • You will handle customer requests in a professional and timely manner  

The role is based in our office in Munich with an opportunity to work remotely a few days per week. 


YOUR PROFILE 

  • As our Inside Sales Specialist, you enjoy working in an international team and with innovative products
  • You ideally have gained first commercial work experience through an internship, a vocational training background, or a similar path, and are now looking to start your career in B2B technology sales  
  • You have a high ability to understand customer needs  
  • You have a strong team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to work closely with your outside sales partner and other internal stakeholders who contribute to customer success
  • You have the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks, and have strong attention to detail  
  • You are very clear and structured in communication in English (additional languages like Italian, French, Spanish and especially German, are a plus)  
  • You understand the importance of data-driven work and are excited to get to know our CRM tool Salesforce  
  • You want to live in Munich and work in a European team in a modern office (hybrid model, i.e. mix of onsite and home office)
