We are looking for a Working Student to join our Marketing team as Digital Marketing Assistant in Zagreb for a long-term engagement (minimum of 20 hours per week, potentially up to 40).
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will create and execute email marketing campaigns
- You will support the setup and execution of paid ads campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads
- You will assist in monitoring campaign performance and creating reports
- You will create and coordinate marketing content development (e.g. landing page copy, ad copy, and other similar content)
- You will support communication and coordination with external creative agencies
- You will assist and collaborate with internal teams on operational activities
YOUR PROFILE
- You are in your final year of university studies (Marketing, Multimedia, or a related field)
- You have a strong interest in digital marketing
- Experience with email marketing tools is an advantage
- You are familiar with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- You have analytical mindset and see AI more than a chat tool
- You are fluent in English and Croatian; German is a plus but not required
- You are proactive, curious, and eager to learn and develop your skills
- You are available to work at least 20 hours per week under a student contract
