ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you an organized and proactive student looking to gain hands-on experience in Office Management and HR? We are FRAMOS, an international high-tech company with over 170 employees worldwide, with our biggest team based in Croatia.

For our Čakovec office, we are looking for an Intern – Office Management & HR to support our Workplace Management and Talent Acquisition teams from the end of September until the beginning of November, for 30 - 40 hours per week.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be sitting at the reception, serving as a first point of contact for visitors and phone calls
You will assist with daily office operations, including meeting room preparation and visitor coordination
You will maintain documentation and support administrative, facility, and health & safety processes
You will assist in coordinating recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and candidate communication
You will manage office inventory and the ordering of office supplies and workplace essentials
You will contribute to local employee initiatives and activities, as well as other ad hoc projects

YOUR PROFILE

You have strong communication skills and enjoy working with people
You are fluent in English
You are familiar with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
You have a proactive mindset and a hands-on approach to problem-solving

It's beneficial if:

You are studying Economics, Psychology, Sociology, or in a related field
You have a strong interest in digital tools, social media, and the use of AI in everyday work.
