As an Inside Sales Specialist, reporting to the Sales Director Americas, you'll collaborate with engineering, marketing, and product management to drive sales and deliver cutting-edge solutions to industries worldwide.

Your workspace? Remote in the Boston area where we are building one of our teams for the Americas region. 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting Key Account Managers in all sales processes

  • Creating and managing accounts in Navision & Salesforce 

  • Handling customer inquiries—whether it’s technical info or quotes 

  • Assisting with payment processing & overdue invoices 

  • Qualifying new leads and nurturing accounts before handing them off to Outside Sales 

  • Generating reports & analyzing customer backlogs 

  • Managing channel partners, pricing updates, POs, RFQs & incoming requests

YOUR PROFILE
  • You have a degree in a technology related field and a passion for customer service

  • You have gained work experience in a customer facing role for example through working student jobs in Go-To-Market roles.

  • You know how to communicate with customers and get them excited about products  

  • You are ready to learn managing data with Salesforce and Navision ERP

  • You’re passionate about technology and innovative high-tech solutions 

  • You can multitask like a pro and pay attention to the details 

  • You think strategically and understand how to build long-term customer relationships
