As an Inside Sales Specialist, reporting to the Sales Director Americas, you'll collaborate with engineering, marketing, and product management to drive sales and deliver cutting-edge solutions to industries worldwide.
Your workspace? Remote in the Boston area where we are building one of our teams for the Americas region.
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting Key Account Managers in all sales processes
Creating and managing accounts in Navision & Salesforce
Handling customer inquiries—whether it’s technical info or quotes
Assisting with payment processing & overdue invoices
Qualifying new leads and nurturing accounts before handing them off to Outside Sales
Generating reports & analyzing customer backlogs
Managing channel partners, pricing updates, POs, RFQs & incoming requests
