ABOUT THE ROLE

We are FRAMOS, a global high-tech company with more than 160 employees, operating from our brand-new, state-of-the-art campus in Čakovec — including a newly established warehouse. As we continue to grow, we are expanding our Warehouse Team with additional team members, and this role plays an important part in that development. 
So, are you experienced in warehouse operations and ready to take on a new challenge? In this role, you will work closely with and report directly to our Warehouse & Logistics Lead, contributing to efficient daily operations in a modern, dynamic environment. 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 

• You will receive and inspect incoming shipments, recording any discrepancies in shipments. 
• You will store products in designated locations within the warehouse.   
• You will maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records. 
• You will follow proper storage procedures to prevent damage and ensure accessibility. 
• You will pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently according to customer specifications. 
• You will prepare orders for shipment, with correct labeling, documentation, and packaging. 
• You will monitor inventory levels and report shortages to the Warehouse Lead. 
• You will assist in maintaining an organized and clean inventory area. 
• You will adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. 
• You will operate warehouse equipment safely and report any malfunctions and hazards. 
• You will identify ways to improve warehouse processes and participate in training and development programs.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have several years of experience in warehouse operations or in a similar role. 
• You have good computer skills and are familiar with ERP systems.   
• You are familiar with import and export declarations. 
• You have strong organizational and time management skills. 
• You are attentive to details and accurate in handling and recording of electronic inventory. 
• You are fluent in English.
