Accounting Assistant (m/f/d)

ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you a technology enthusiast who has a great passion for finance and accounting? 

We are FRAMOS, a global high-tech company with over 180 employees. Our biggest team is based in Croatia, and we are looking for a motivated Accounting Assistant to join us in our newly built Čakovec Campus.  

This role is perfect for recent graduates eager to gain their first experience in accounting or for those already familiar with the field.  

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • You will process vendor invoices
  • You will monitor approval workflows
  • You will match goods received with invoices
  • You will monitor and reconcile vendor accounts
  • You will review data for statistical reporting
  • You will prepare payment runs
  • You will communicate with vendors and internal contacts
YOUR PROFILE
  • You are familiar with accounting processes 
  • You have great communication skills in Croatian and English, German is a plus
  • You can prioritize tasks and are self-organizing
