IT Team Lead (m/f/d)

ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you an experienced IT professional, looking to dive into a new opportunity in a fast-paced global environment?

We are FRAMOS, an international high-tech company with over 180 employees, with our biggest team based in Croatia. As our IT Team Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring our global IT infrastructure runs seamlessly, combining strategic guidance with a hands-on approach to IT tasks.

Reporting directly to the Chief People & Organization Officer based in Munich, your responsibilities will include:

  • You will find and implement IT solutions to improve workflows, reduce costs, and increase efficiency while measuring success through cost savings and employee satisfaction
  • You will manage and optimize the global IT infrastructure, including both cloud and on-premises systems, as well as hardware like printers and servers, for FRAMOS offices in Croatia, Germany, Canada, and Italy
  • You will lead an IT Admin based in Germany, ensuring tasks are completed effectively, while also taking an active role in managing daily IT operations and resolving issues as they arise
  • You will support the performance of key business applications, like CRM and ERP systems, from an IT standpoint
  • You will identify risks and manage incidents, ensuring high IT security and stability
  • You will handle IT training and onboarding for employees and ensure IT policies are followed and updated as needed
  • You will use your knowledge of global IT infrastructures to design and support effective IT solutions
  • You will manage the global IT budget and use resources wisely
The role is based in our newly built, state-of-the-art campus in Čakovec.

YOUR PROFILE
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in IT, ideally as a team lead  
  • You have profound knowledge in Cloud computing Services (Azure), Microsoft IT environment, IT security (Firewall, backup systems, etc.), and solid network management skills in general
  • You are fluent in Croatian and English
  • You are proactive and comfortable handling day-to-day IT tasks yourself
  • You have excellent communication skills, both when working with your team and collaborating with other departments
  • You have a can-do attitude, and problem-solving mentality, and feel committed to delivering exceptional IT support
