ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you a great organizer looking to make your next move in a fast-paced international environment?
We are FRAMOS, a global high-tech company with over 180 employees. We are looking for a Workplace Manager who will join our North American team part-time. You will be the local go-to person for all employees in our Ottawa office and for all colleagues working remotely from Canada and the US.
Reporting to the People Operations & Workplace Lead, you will work closely with our European team based in Germany and Croatia.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-organized, efficient, and welcoming workspace
- You will maintain office policies and procedures
- You will manage office supplies and inventory
- You will coordinate office maintenance and repairs
- You will ensure a clean and organized office environment
- You will execute Health and Safety procedures
- You will assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes
- You will support People department with administrative tasks
- You will plan and execute company events and meetings
The role is based in our office on Lancaster Road in the Eastway Gardens neighborhood of Ottawa, with approximately 20 hours per week (5 days/ 4 hours per day), preferably in the morning hours.
