Our biggest team is based in Čakovec, Croatia, where a new campus with high-tech laboratories and manufacturing facilities is under construction.
In this newly created position as a Production Planner, you will report directly to our Production Manager and play a pivotal role in orchestrating various aspects of our growing production while balancing 5M – man, material, machines, methods, and money – to ensure smooth operations and continued growth.

In this newly created position as a Production Planner, you will report directly to our Production Manager and play a pivotal role in orchestrating various aspects of our growing production while balancing 5M – man, material, machines, methods, and money – to ensure smooth operations and continued growth.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will develop and maintain production schedules based on demand, inventory, and capacity.
- You will work with different departments such as Demand Fulfillment, Procurement, and Engineering to gather information, align production plans with business goals, address issues, and implement improvements.
- You will enhance efficiency and minimize costs by allocating resources like manpower, equipment, and materials to meet production targets.
- You will engage in scenario planning based on management requests and manage stakeholder communication accordingly.
- You will oversee inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock, as well as develop strategies to optimize storage space and reduce carrying costs.
- You will evaluate and plan for production capacity, assuring it aligns with market demand and business objectives by collaborating with the operations team to identify and address any constraints.
- You will communicate production plans, schedules, and changes to relevant stakeholders, including production teams, management, and other departments.
- You will maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to production plans, schedules, processes, and products (BOMs), as well as ensure we follow regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- You will define KPIs and build up a state-of-the-art reporting framework to track and improve the performance of our production network.
- You will think ahead and plan for potential problems, while also taking action to keep production on track when necessary.
