Our biggest team is based in Čakovec, Croatia where currently a new campus, with state-of-the-art laboratories and manufacturing facilities, as well as a large modern office space is being built.
As a Production Engineer with a focus on Optics/Lenses, you will report to our Production Manager and play a critical role in the optimization and enhancement of production processes. This is a newly created position reflecting our growth and development into a state-of-the-art manufacturer in the industrial imaging industry.

As a Production Engineer with a focus on Optics/Lenses, you will report to our Production Manager and play a critical role in the optimization and enhancement of production processes. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will develop and implement strategies to enhance production processes, optimize workflow, and improve efficiency.
- You will identify areas for improvement and introduce innovative solutions to streamline operations.
- You will define and implement a product-specific yield roadmap to contribute to our high-quality standards and reduce costs throughout the product lifecycle.
- You will work with cross-functional teams to maintain product quality, improve it, and ensure standards are met through quality checks and inspections.
- You will diagnose and resolve production issues promptly, collaborating with maintenance teams if needed, as well as perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
- You will assist in bringing new products and processes to the production line, assess their feasibility, plan implementation, and ensure a smooth transition to full-scale production.
- You will document processes, procedures, and changes, which include generating reports for management on production metrics, performance, and improvement initiatives.
- You will work with production teams, engineers, and managers to coordinate activities and implement best practices aimed at driving efficiency through fostering a collaborative environment.
- You will ensure safety regulations and protocols compliance, identify hazards, and conduct risk assessments.
