ERP Specialist (m/f/d)

ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you passionate about technology with a strong background in managing ERP systems? 

We are FRAMOS, an international product-driven technology company of more than 180 people from all over the world. We are looking for an ERP Specialist to join us, leading all activities around our ERP system globally. You will report directly to the Director Supply Chain & Production. 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will lead and contribute to the implementation of ERP systems, including planning, configuration, and customization to meet the organization’s needs.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams internally and with external partners to ensure smooth integration with existing systems.  
  • You will maintain and troubleshoot ERP systems to keep them up-to-date and functional while providing ongoing support to users, addressing, and resolving technical issues.
  • You will ensure thorough documentation of all ERP system changes.
  • You will conduct user training sessions to enhance ERP system proficiency and work with software developers to customize and develop ERP solutions.
  • You will implement and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and workflows to improve overall system functionality.
  • You will oversee data migration and integration to ensure accuracy and consistency within the ERP system, while also establishing data governance policies to maintain data integrity and security.
  • You will identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization and implement changes that enhance overall efficiency.
  • You will keep yourself updated on industry best practices and regulations related to the ERP systems, ensuring the implementation of security measures to protect sensitive information.
  • You will enforce security measures to safeguard sensitive ERP system information.
  • You will maintain communication with ERP vendors for updates and support.

The role can be based remotely in Croatia, with occasional visits to our Zagreb and Čakovec offices.
YOUR PROFILE
  • You have proven experience in ERP system implementation, maintenance, and support – preferably with Microsoft Business Central.
  • You are familiar with relevant ERP software and technologies.
  • You possess knowledge of ERP modules such as finance, supply chain, human resources, and manufacturing.
  • You gained a bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work efficiently with cross-functional teams.
  • You have great project management skills for overseeing ERP implementation projects.
  • You are fluent in English.
