ABOUT THE ROLE

We are FRAMOS, an international B2B high-tech company with more than 180 employees around the world. We are seeking a Demand Fulfillment Manager to elevate our global Demand Fulfillment department to new heights!  
Reporting directly to the Director Supply Chain & Production, you will enable the growth strategy of our company by ensuring that demand is met in a timely and efficient manner with high customer satisfaction. You will play an important role in our global revenue achievements and be an integral part of our global Supply Chain transformation. 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • You will build up and lead our global Demand Fulfillment department, currently consisting of 8 members based in several locations in Germany, Croatia, and Canada.
  • You will be the global owner of our Demand-to-Cash core process, for which you will define, implement and manage continuous improvement as well as establishing and owning its KPIs.
  • You will work closely with various departments like Sales, Marketing, Growth, Product and Engineering leaders to forecast and understand customer demand as well as encourage and foster communication between those teams
  • You will analyze data, market trends, and customer behavior to develop demand forecasts and manage reports comparing demand to supply for revenue and inventory forecasts.  
  • You will support the whole product lifecycle from the launch of new initiatives and products until the end of life by planning demand and production.
  • You will streamline order processing systems for efficient delivery cycles. 
  • You will develop inventory management and control policies to optimize stock levels and reduce holding costs.
  • You will take ownership of global stock levels through coordination with procurement and production teams.  
  • You will identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance performance.  
  • You will develop and manage further digitalization strategies for the Demand-to-Cash process. 
YOUR PROFILE
  • You have worked in a supply chain role, managing an international team 
  • You have gained in-depth experience with demand planning, order management, and inventory control in a B2B environment.  
  • You have worked in the Technology sector or with a technological product; Electronics would be a distinct advantage.  
  • You are familiar with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.  
  • You approach challenges with a can-do attitude and entrepreneurial mindset.  
  • You have a keen understanding of digital concepts.   
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, or a related field. 
  • You have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • You are fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
