In the role of our IT Administrator, based in the newly built campus in Čakovec, you’ll oversee the smooth functioning of the company’s infrastructure and provide technical support to our colleagues in Croatia, Germany, and Canada.
Reporting to our IT-Teamlead based in Germany, your responsibilities will include:

Reporting to our IT-Teamlead based in Germany, your responsibilities will include:
- You will promptly address and resolve IT support tickets
- You will identify and implement IT solutions for optimizing workflows
- You will enhance operational efficiency within the organization
- You will implement and manage both on-premises and cloud-based IT infrastructure
- You will administer the MS365 users and the underlying settings
- You will efficiently administer MS Intune and Autopilot to ensure secure and streamlined device management
- You will be involved in projects focused on reducing costs and improving work efficiency, as well as productivity
