Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Graduate role f/m/d

ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you a “people person” looking to start your career in Human Resources in an international environment? 
We are FRAMOS, an international product driven B2B technology company of more than 180 amazing people from all over the world. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team to achieve our strategic goals and grow our organization further.  
You will work closely with a team of People and Talent enthusiasts based in Croatia, Germany and Canada supporting in all areas of the employee lifecycle. 

Your responsibilities  

You will learn about the entire hiring process at FRAMOS!

  • You will be setting up candidate interviews in our internal software Personio and manage interview agendas. 
  • You will write and publish job ads on various platforms. 
  • You will communicate with the candidates and hiring managers on a daily basis and ensure that recruiting KPIs are adhered to. 
  • You will screen incoming applications and liaise with interviewers and hiring managers.
  • You will be responsible for coordination of the recruitment process (clear and on time), managing onsite meetings and agendas. 
  • You will lead video interviews as a first representative of FRAMOS in English and Croatian.
  • You will make offer calls to successful candidates. 
  • You will work closely with your colleagues from the People team and hiring managers.
YOUR PROFILE
As our Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you have a strong passion for all topics around People & Talent. 

  • You are a recent graduate looking to start your career in the field of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
  • You are located near our office in Cakovec.
  • You are fluent in Croatian and English.
  • You have excellent skills in MS Office and have ideally worked with other software too. 
  • You have a good attention to details and organizational skills.
  • You are communicative, have a good sense of humor and great energy.  
  • You are committed, have a sense of service mentality and self-initiative.
  • You are eager to learn and develop.
